Steps
Go to "Settings" -> "Custom Attributes".
Click on "Add Custom Attribute".
Here you can select if you either want to create a custom attribute for conversations or contacts.
Fill out the form.
Display name: This defines how your custom attribute will be seen within the tool.
Key: This will be used as a header when importing new contacts.
Description: A description of the custom attribute.
Type: Choose between the different options.
