Required format
In order to uphold security standards, the passwort is required to contain:
- at least 12 characters which must contain
- at least one number
- at least one uppercase letter
- at least one special character (@$!%*?&#)
Setting and updating a password
Initial registration and setting a password
When a user is invited, he will receive a system mail with a button. Upon click, he will be directed to a page where he can set the desired password.
Updating your password
When you're already logged in you can change your password by clicking on your user portrait located in the navigation in the bottom left. Scroll to the section "Password" and submit the form by providing your current password and the new one.
Forgot password / Reset your password
When you log out from app.chatlyn.com, you can click 'Forgot Password?' on the login screen. Enter your email address, and if an account exists with that address, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
