Steps
Go to Settings -> Message Hooks and create a Message Hook
Click on "Next".
Paste the payload (found under “More info”) into the JSON Payload field. Then click on "Next".

Select the template you want to send (e.g., a booking confirmation) and map the fields.
Important: Select booking_phone for Phone number and language for Language.
Then click “Next.”
We suggest:
- language
- url_parameter_wa_button
- url_parameter_wa_button_guest_registration
- booking_phone
- booking_email
- booking_customer_name
- booking_arrival
- booking_departure
Depending on your goal, you may want to select additional fields.
If you want, you can send a test to your number; otherwise, click “Next.”
Give the Message Hook a name and/or description, then click “Create and enable Message Hook.”
Open my-bookings.cc in your browser and go to PMS -> Nachrichtenautomatik (Email/SMS) -> Regeln. Then, edit the rule where you want to send a WhatsApp template.
Tick the checkbox "WhatsApp (Chatlyn)" and save the rule.
Next, we will need to add the endpoint url from chatlyn to the template in my-bookings.
To do this, go to PMS -> Nachrichtenautomatik (Email/SMS) -> Vorlagen and edit the template used in the rule from the previous step.
There, you will find the section "WhatsApp Url chatlyn." Paste the URL from your Message Hook settings in chatlyn (see screenshot) and save the template.
You are now sending WhatsApp templates automatically. It’s best to make a test booking in My-Bookings with your number to check if it works.
