Requirements
You need to have a working WhatsApp inbox within chatlyn.
Steps
Go to "Templates".
Click on “Create WhatsApp Template”.
Select the Template Type "Consent".
Fill out the form and check your current version in the preview in realtime.
A "Conset Button" text could be: "No more promos, please."
Click on “Submit”.
Create another WhatsApp template for users to be able to Opt-In again.
Follow the same instructions as for the Opt-In template.
A "Conset Button" text could be: "Keep sending me promos."
Go to "Settings" -> Inboxes
Click on "Settings" next to the WhatsApp inbox where you want to setup Opt-Out.
Click on "Opt-out"
Select your Opt-Out template which you have submitted in the beginning.
Set an interval.
The interval determines how often the Opt-Out template will be sent to the contact based on the last time an Opt-Out template was sent.
An Opt-Out template will be immediately sent only after a marketing template was sent in consideration of the set interval.
Select a "Goodbye" template.
Here you can select the optional "Consent" template you may have created in this article.
In practice, this template will be sent immediately after a user opted out, allowing him to opt-in again - for example in case he misclicked.
