To provide a high level of security, after 5 five consecutive failed login attempts, user accounts will be locked for 24 hours.
- Whenever an account is locked, an email will be sent from to the affected account.
- This email contains an "Unlock my account" link, which will immediately lift the lock and reset login attempts.
- Unsuccessful login attempts will be reset whenever a successful login occurs.
